- Click on the side menu and click on Transfer
- Click on Transfer to another bank
- Select Non-Instant Transfer
- Click on One-Time transfer
- Select the receiver bank name from the list and click continue
- Enter the account number of the recipient and click continue
- Enter the beneficiary’s name and click continue
- Enter the amount and click continue
- Review the transaction and click continue
Note: – Instant transfer is used to transfer to external bank account with these criteria’s

How to make transaction using ATM?
- Select the side menu and click Transfer
- Click ATM Transfer
- Click New ATM transfer
- Enter your phone number or click on the load on my mobile button on the top right screen
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer (The amount should be multiple of 100)
- Click on continue button
How to buy mobile airtime?
- Click on the side menu and click on Payment
- Click on Airtime Top-up
- Select top-up options (ETC or Safaricom)
- Enter your phone number or click on the load on my mobile button on the top right screen
- Enter the amount and click continue
- Click on Review and pay
How deregisters device?
It is used to deregister the existing device that you have logged in.
- Click on the side menu and click on Setting
- Click on Deregister Device
- Confirm the “Do you want to unregister your current device?”
- If you select “yes” the device will be deregistered.
How to get the nearest branch using Locate us option?
- Click on the side menu and click on locate us
- Click List view to get a list of branches and ATMs nearest to your location
- Click filters to search ATMs and branches using range and services.
How to ask support using Apollo application?
- Click on the side menu and click on messages
- Click the “+” sign on the top right corner
- Choose a message category
- Enter the Message subject, and description and Attach files (Optional).
- Click on Send button.
How to schedule transfer?
- Click on the side menu and click on Transfer
- Select Transfer type
- Click “One-Time transfer”
- Enter Account number
- Verify the beneficiary’s name
- Enter the amount and click continue
- Click on the frequency and set your preferred frequencies
- Set date range (Start and end date) and number of transfers (Enter the number of repeating transfers)
- Click on continue
How to Cancel scheduled transfer?
- Click on Transaction History on the home page
- Select the Schedule tab
- Select the schedule from the list
- Click on the “cancel This occurrence” button
